Opening a new project, it is necessary to say some words about us. The Humanitarian Techniques Agency (HTA) is an informal circle, an invisible college. It includes colleagues and pupils of methodologist Uladzimir Matskevich, who together with him continue to develop conceptual and methodological ideas of the Cultural Policy and Humanitarian Techniques on the ground of basic conceptualizations of the MMC (Moscow Methodological Circle) and the theory which was formulated in 1994 as “To Think Belarus”. The Center for Social Innovations (CSI) is a public organization which has been working since 1996. It deals with creation of conditions for a social adaptation, an intellectual and creative development of a person and human communities, and all varieties of social processes falling under the category of “social innovations”. What is the HTA and CSI together? – It is the public organization “Center for Social Innovations” which activity is guided by programs and approaches of the Humanitarian Techniques Agency.
